While this workshop doesn’t teach you how to parent in a specific way, it provides you with the tools to navigate your healing journey into parenting. By addressing unresolved childhood trauma and fostering self-awareness, participants can create a nurturing environment for themselves and their future children, ensuring a healthy and fulfilling family dynamic.
