Pre-Parenting Workshop: Navigating the Journey to Parenthood

Welcome to our Pre-Parenting Workshop. This four-week immersive session is designed to provide prospective parents with essential knowledge, practical skills, and valuable insights to navigate the journey to parenthood with confidence and readiness. While this workshop doesn’t teach you how to parent in a specific way, it provides you with the tools to navigate your healing journey into parenting. By addressing unresolved childhood trauma and fostering self-awareness, participants can create a nurturing environment for themselves and their future children, ensuring a healthy and fulfilling family dynamic.
