I want a loved one to attend but they are not ready. How can I get them to join?

While we understand the urge to encourage participation in our workshops or programs, we also recognize the importance of individual readiness in embarking on a healing journey. True empowerment stems from personal choice and readiness to embrace growth and transformation.
We believe that individuals must take ownership of their healing process, making decisions that align with their own inner guidance and timing. As much as we wish to assist and support, we also respect each person’s autonomy and journey towards empowerment. It’s essential to honor your loved one’s pace and readiness, allowing them to choose their path to healing when they feel truly prepared.
Rest assured, we’re here to offer guidance and support whenever your loved one is ready to take that step. In the meantime, we encourage you to continue offering your love, understanding, and encouragement. Worskhop Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Please note that all bookings are final, and refunds or cancellations are not permitted. Rescheduling options are available. If you need to reschedule your class, we require 72 hours’ notice to accommodate changes at no additional cost.
Rescheduling Options: In the event of less than 72 hours’ notice, you have the following options:
- Transfer your booking to another individual at no additional charge.
- Pay a rescheduling fee of $49 per person to book into a future class.

What age do you have to be to register for The Pillar Program?
The Pillar Program welcomes youth and adults 12 years of age and older. We offer workshops and programs tailored to various age groups to ensure an enriching and age-appropriate experience for all participants.
Do you offer a discount for multiple siblings?
Yes, The Pillar recognizes the importance of family participation and offers a 20% discount for all siblings enrolling in our programs. We believe in fostering a supportive environment for families to learn and grow together.
Do I need to know any prior information before coming into the workshops and programs?
No prior knowledge or experience is necessary to participate in The Pillar workshops and programs. Our experienced facilitators guide participants through each session, providing comprehensive information and support. Prior to attendance, registrants will receive a registration form to ensure that the program aligns with their goals and interests.
